“We’ve found the ideal house to use to show off our new bifold doors. You can see right into the house through them. It’s beautiful!”, exclaimed our client.

“Wonderful!”, we replied. “What needs doing?”

“Nothing much…” they retorted. And then added, “…but the builders haven’t finished the patio. And the grass is a bit worse for wear. The outside of the house is a bit messy still – old ivy marks have chipped some of the paint away, and there’s grass in the gutter.”

They took a deep breath, before finishing off with, “And there’s no kitchen.”
