We’ve completed three projects to date for developments on Cape Verde. This project was a week turnaround revisit for one of those developments, currently being built by the Resort Group. Additional props were added to the existing images we’d produced, and extra splashes of colour, ready for the launch of their new brochure in the New Year.

A local interior and acoustic designer approached us to help visualise their designs for the interior of a new restaurant. If there’s anything in the world we love more than hibernating, it’s the chance to bounce lovely light rays off colourful walls in interiors – we could happily spend hours tweaking lighting settings to get an image just so

The trouble with cable manufacturing installations is that they’re, well, full of cables. And things. So our job was to produce an interior image of a typical cable manufacturing line without so many…things.

There’s a beautiful building in Leicester called St Martins. For a while it has been a school, but recently it has been acquired by a local developer who have grand plans for the 200 year old building, and all tasteful. We were asked to produce three different style of interior to illustrate potential uses for prospective buyers. We had great fun with the window detailing.
The project started with a site visit, armed with tape measures and cameras we scribbled down every important dimension. Then back at the hutch we used the architect’s drawings and our dimensions to build the interior accurately so we could place tables and chairs, showing our client what was possible in the space they had.

This building is an independent living centre for the blind and partially sighted pupils at St Benedict Roman Catholic School . The colours have been chosen for their high-contrast and the construction materials are chosen for their sustainability. Wood Newton, the designer and developer of the units, installed this free of charge for the school. It’s great to know there are people out there like this – hats off.

The hutch inhabitants were called upon by a new client to help them pitch for the makeover of a portion of Derby University. The mere mention of glass and reflections made us dribble on to our keyboards, so we were in. The new keyboards are on their way

A regular client returned with two rather funky looking water boilers, badged as ‘Lamborghini’, and requested two interiors be produced to sit them in. We picked up the prototype boiler, hauled it back to our lair and promptly popped it into two kitchens. Inspiration for the interiors came from totally ignoring the state of our own kitchens and pretending we were surfistikatid types for a few days.

Another client but the same group of islands. albino igil were brought in to help finish this project by another company, who supplied us the house models and the island. Our remit was to finish texturing and lighting the project, populate the environment and produce the final animations. We also needed to model the interiors and pop some animations out of those as well. There’s nothing better than staring at sunny pictures all day in the middle of March…

Our favourite stonemason, Ian Knapper, commissioned another interior image from us to showcase his latest staircase design. As usual, he is kind enough to allow us the freedom to come up with an interior and bannister we feel fits his latest design – we hope we’ve done it justice.
