Cape Verde Revisited

Friday, December 18th, 2009

We’ve completed three projects to date for developments on Cape Verde. This project was a week turnaround revisit for one of those developments, currently being built by the Resort Group. Additional props were added to the existing images we’d produced, and extra splashes of colour, ready for the launch of their new brochure in the New Year.

Residential Development

Sunday, August 2nd, 2009

Hazelwood RoadWe’re lucky to be called on for repeat work from clients, and we hope it’s because they feel they’re getting a good job for a fair price (sounds a bit Delboy but there you go). This project was one such project – a unique residential development in Derbyshire which as ever, was fun to work on :)

City Office Park – Lincoln

City Office Park

Another project where albino igil carried out the CGI for the front cover and the graphic design for the brochure. Have we told you we can juggle as well?

We’re so wasted.

House Makeover – Brittania Court

Saturday, May 23rd, 2009

At the time of visiting this existing development you could be forgiven for thinking that they were a bit on the ugly side – a 1970′s/80′s set of apartments next to the River Derwent in Derby. But having worked with the architect in charge of the makeover I have to say we’ve fallen in love with these apartments. They are definitely unique and will look fantastic when finished!

Cape Verde Development

Another client but the same group of islands. albino igil were brought in to help finish this project by another company, who supplied us the house models and the island. Our remit was to finish texturing and lighting the project, populate the environment and produce the final animations. We also needed to model the interiors and pop some animations out of those as well.  There’s nothing better than staring at sunny pictures all day in the middle of March…

Osmaston Park Commercial Units

Sunday, December 14th, 2008

Yet another architectural visualisation, it’s been a busy month for this type of work in the hutch! This one’s a small commercial unit development in Derby.

Pride Park Headquarter Building

Sunday, December 14th, 2008

albino igil were asked to produce another marketing image for the developer Cedar House Investments, a headquarter building on Pride Park in Derby.

Ashby commercial development

Friday, July 18th, 2008

We were fortunate enough to land a planning application image for a new commercial development in Ashby de la Zouch, Derbyshire. We handled on-site photography after discussion on camera angles with the architect and used our real-lens technology in our 3D software to match the computer lens with the physical camera lens – lens distortion is all then accounted for. Luckily the sun decided to shine…for a very short while. Perhaps we’d just witnessed summer!

Belper planning application

Friday, July 4th, 2008

It seems it’s the season for planning applications and we managed to complete another set of visuals for this proposed development in Belper, Derbyshire. With this project we took the architect’s SketchUp files and used the geometry as the base for our work. This saved us time, and therefore the client money – which made them very happy. We like happy clients :)

Residential housing development

This is another project for a respected client, a set of high quality residential houses for a development in Gedling, Derbyshire.
